These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rglsystems.io and the services provided by RGL Systems & Marketing LLC, doing business as RGL Systems (“RGL Systems”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, email sebastien@rglsystems.io.

Our services

RGL provides a done-for-you website and marketing system for home-service businesses — including website build and hosting, lead follow-up automation, missed-call text-back, review requests, marketing campaigns, and on-site SEO. Current pricing and inclusions are listed on our Pricing page. Service subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

SMS messaging terms

This messaging program sends text messages from RGL Systems & Marketing LLC to customers who have booked a call or submitted a form on our website at rglsystems.io and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications via a dedicated, non-pre-selected consent checkbox. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, booking and service updates, review requests, and customer support communications. If you separately consent to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and promotions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  • Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  • Opt out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time — reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at sebastien@rglsystems.io.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
  • Age restriction: you must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications. For details on how we handle your information, including mobile opt-in data, see our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually, if selected) in advance. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at sebastien@rglsystems.io; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our website and services lawfully, and to obtain any consents required to give us materials (such as logos, photos, and customer lists) for use in your project. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you approve and for how you use leads and customer data generated by your system.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to RGL Systems & Marketing LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Materials you provide to us remain yours; you grant us a license to use them to build and operate your services.

Disclaimers

We build and maintain your system with care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, response rates, or revenue. Our website and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGL Systems & Marketing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or end services for non-payment or misuse. You may cancel as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which RGL Systems & Marketing LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

If we update these Terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
