RGL Systems & Marketing LLC, doing business as RGL Systems (“RGL Systems”, “we”, “us”) operates rglsystems.io and provides a done-for-you website and marketing system for home-service businesses. Important notice regarding text messaging data: RGL Systems & Marketing LLC does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call, fill out a form, or sign up for our services, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and business name — along with records and timestamps of your communication preferences and opt-in consent.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and referring pages, including through cookies and similar technologies. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate our services;
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments you book with us;
- To send service and account notifications;
- With your consent, to send marketing and promotional communications;
- To respond to your questions and requests;
- To improve our website and services.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text messages from RGL Systems — for example by providing your phone number when booking a call or submitting a form and agreeing to receive texts — we may send you appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and, with your separate consent, marketing and promotional messages.
You will only receive text messages if you have explicitly opted in, and we maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines in our use of SMS communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most other major and regional carriers. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message — you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business — such as website hosting, scheduling, messaging, and payment platforms — and who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- Legal authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property;
- A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case your data remains protected under the terms of this policy.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services, solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts;
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email;
- Email sebastien@rglsystems.io to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
